Abstract

El acercamiento a la Tecnología en los últimos años a través del conocimiento empírico no ha sido beneficioso para los que hoy en día llamamos “Países en vía de Desarrollo”. El presente artículo es la mirada personal del autor a la compilación de algunos escritos de personas que para la época actual en Latinoamérica se presentan como “revolucionarios” en el arte de escribir acerca del desarrollo técnico y científico.Palabras Claves: Tecnología, ciencia, Latinoamérica, industrialización, competitividad.

The approach of technology in the few last years through empirical knowledge hasn’t been beneficial for those whom nowadays we are called "Developing countries". The present article is the personal opinion of the author about the compilation of writings by persons, which in the current epoch in Latin America are presented as "revolutionaries" in the art of writing about of the scientific and technical development of the science and practice engineering.
