Digital television (DTV) provides pedagogical and technological advantages to education. DTV is presented as a novelty for the audience and involves the convergence of education, telecommunications, and internet in a unique environment. This technology will allow for the development of interactive educational platforms known as t-learning platforms. Currently, there are relatively few models which describe the processes involved in t-learning. This article presents a cyclic model, which takes into account the feedback of the process and other requirements. It also presents the theoretical framework associated with t-learning. It describes the PDCA t-learning proposed model (PDCA is plan, do, check, and act) that has been implemented in a prototype of a module (wireless networking fundamentals) on the area of telecommunications. This application was tested in a digital terrestrial television (DTTV OR DTT) laboratory. Keywords
