dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo muestra los resultados obtenidos en la conformación de un club de ciencias con estudiantes que tienen alto sentido de motivación por la investigación científica. La finalidad fue contextualizar experimentos con materiales utilizados en el hogar, especialmente en la cocina y profundizar las temáticas relacionadas con gases y mezclas.
dc.description.abstractAbstract: The development of didactic strategies for the teaching learning process in science is a permanent inquiry in the field of educational research. That is the reason to illustrate a didactic strategy towards forming science clubs with a group of students that have a high level of motivation into scientifical research. These investigation circles are experimentation areas where students can discover and develop their scientific affairs by means of chemical study based on cooking experiences. This work was developed in the Carmen Teresiano School located in Bogotá, Colombia and shows the results of the science club by means of investigation projects based on cooking experiences. Evidence obtained by the inquiry about satisfaction of the subjects that were worked, perception of the advance in self-learning process and compromise of each student during the project is discussed. Showing positive aspects referring to autonomous research project type activities developed in class, their performance and that of their instructor.
