Abstract

Este artículo propone una vía para humanizar al hombre a partir del papel mediador de la ética en la relación entre la sociedad de cultura humanista y las organizaciones. Para esto, se exponen los rasgos más relevantes de la perspectiva humanista sobre las organizaciones, de la concepción de la sociedad de cultura humanista y el papel mediador de la ética entre ambas. El artículo sugiere una comprensión crítica y optimista sobre el extrañamiento del ser humano a raíz de la instauración del hombre-organización y de la sociedad-organización, característico del tiempo presente.AbstractThis article suggests a way to humanize the man from the mediatory paper of the ethics in the relationship between the society of humanistic culture and the organizations. For this, the most relevant features of the humanistic perspective are exposed about the organizations, of the conception of the society of humanistic culture and the mediatory paper of the ethics between both of them. The article suggests a critical and optimistic understanding on the estrangement of the human being as a result of the establishment of the man-organization and of the society-organization, characteristic of the present time.
