Modelos urbanos para la ciudad informal en borde de ladera. Caso barrio Bosque Calderón Tejada

Abstract

El TFM se estructura en la identificación de la problemática de los barrios marginales ubicados en la ladera de los cerros orientales de la ciudad de Bogotá, posteriormente se identifica las condiciones formales, ambientales, de imagen y paisaje en dichos barrios.Como eje estructurante el TFM se consolida en postulados teóricos de diferentes autores en el marco de la forma de la ciudad, de la imagen a través del paisaje como herramienta del diseño urbano y finalmente en el valor ambiental. Desde lo formal está dada en entender las condiciones morfológicas de dichos barrios, la estructura urbana y el tejido urbano. Desde el Paisaje e Imagen, se da en la búsqueda de la construcción de una mejor imagen de ciudad con la EXPERIENCIA del peatón al recorrer el barrio. Desde el valor Ambiental, se estructura en conocer las condiciones geomorfológicas del lugar, evidenciar cuerpos hídricos entendiendo su curso, y finalmente identifican las áreas con mayor presencia de biomasa.Este documento se desarrolla en el Barrio Bosque Calderón Tejada, como área caso de estudio, presentando finalmente modelos urbanos de intervención en borde de ladera, estructuradas en las tres condiciones nombradas anteriormente.

Abstract: The final work of master is structured in the identification of the problem of the marginal neighborhoods located in the hillside of the Eastern of Bogotá city, later the formal, environmental, image and landscape conditions in said neighborhoods are identified. As a structuring axis, the TFM is consolidated in theoretical postulates of different authors within the framework of the city's form, of the image through the landscape as a tool of urban design and finally in environmental value. From the formal it is given in understanding the morphological conditions of these neighborhoods, the urban structure and the urban fabric. From the Landscape and Image, there is a search for the construction of a better image of the city with the EXPERIENCE of the pedestrian when visiting the neighborhood. From the Environmental value, it is structured in knowing the geomorphological conditions of the place, evidencing hydric bodies understanding their course, and finally identifying the areas with greater presence of biomass. This document is developed in the Calderón Tejada Forest Neighborhood, as a case study area, finally presenting urban intervention models on the edge of the slope, structured in the three conditions previously mentioned.
