dc.description.abstractThis work analyzes the factors that influence the demand for graduate programs of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, and identifies the level of satisfaction of the university community with the academic quality, the physical spaces and the national and international projection of the Palmira Campus. The study develops an analysis of the motivations that students have to carry out postgraduate studies at the Palmira campus, and identifies the economic and social threats that both the students and the programs themselves have to continue their legacy. The economic and social conditions of the students and the trends of the graduate programs of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences must be aligned to achieve both academic benefits for Headquarters, contributing to the development of the region.
dc.description.abstractEste trabajo analiza los factores que inciden en la demanda de programas de posgrado de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias e identifica el nivel de satisfacción de la comunidad universitaria con la calidad académica, los espacios físicos y la proyección nacional e internacional de la Sede Palmira. Así mismo, se desarrolla un análisis de las motivaciones que tienen los estudiantes para realizar estudios de posgrados en la Sede Palmira, identificando las amenazas de tipo socioeconómico, tanto de los estudiantes, como de los programas ofertados, proponiendo estrategias para continuar con su legado. Las condiciones económicas y sociales de los estudiantes y las tendencias de los programas de posgrados de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias deben alinearse para lograr beneficios tanto académicos para la Sede, aportando al desarrollo de la región.
