dc.description.abstract | In contemporary management, corporate entrepreneurship, from the perspective of strategic entrepreneurship, the latter being understood as the balance between exploration and exploitation skills, emerges as a new alternative to renew the competitive advantage of organizations, through the transformation of Management processes that are essential for the generation of organizational innovations. However, through a thorough review of the literature on corporate entrepreneurship and innovation, no studies were identified that show, from a theoretical and empirical perspective, how this type of entrepreneurship relates or directly affects the innovations that are related to the application of new management practices that are aimed at promoting organizations. Therefore, with the present doctoral thesis , the theoretical relationships and the impact of corporate entrepreneurship are determined, from the perspective of strategic entrepreneurship on organizational innovation, through the interaction (moderation) of human management practices oriented towards the generation of contribution opportunities, which means that the flourishing of organizational innovation through corporate entrepreneurship can be evidenced by the permanent interaction of high performance human management practices such as those mentioned above. |
