dc.description.abstract | El propósito de este proyecto de grado fue realizar un proceso musicoterapéutico con el fin de promover las herramientas de afrontamiento de ansiedad escénica en estudiantes de arte dramático de la Universidad El Bosque. Se realizaron 16 sesiones con un grupo de 8 a 10 estudiantes de diferentes semestres. Algunos estudiantes se encontraban en la prueba académica de varias materias como era el caso de actuación, danza, expresión corporal y expresión verbal. La intervención se hizo a través de la musicoterapia y el psicodrama, para permitirles a los estudiantes usar las herramientas adquiridas de su misma profesión con el fin de enfrentar la ansiedad escénica. En estas 16 sesiones se abordó la ansiedad escénica a partir de los métodos re-creativo, receptivo, de improvisación y composición, fortaleciendo estrategias de afrontamiento mediante el uso de técnicas de respiración, psicodrama y otras dinámicas en grupo, que además posibilitaron una mejora en la autoeficacia, El presente estudio tuvo un carácter cualitativo, recogiendo bitácoras de los estudiantes, quienes se expresaron al final de cada sesión. Se evidenciaron cambios significativos en la ansiedad percibida antes de cada clase, y cambios en las ideas en torno a la autoeficacia y la expresión de emociones. (Texto tomado de la fuente). |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the investigation was to conduct a music therapy process to promote performance anxiety coping skills in theater students at El Bosque University. 16 sessions were conducted with a group of eight students from different semesters. Some students were on academic probation in various subjects such as acting, dance, body expression, and verbal expression. The intervention relied on the four music therapy methods, allowing students to use the acquired tools within their own performance-based training process to address their anxiety. These 16 sessions addressed performance anxiety using re-creative, receptive, improvisation, and composition methods, strengthening coping strategies through the use of breathing techniques, psychodrama, and other group dynamics, which also led to improved self-efficacy. This qualitative study involved collecting student logbooks, which were then reviewed at the end of each session. Significant changes were evident in perceived anxiety before each class, as well as changes in ideas about self-efficacy and the expression of emotions. |
