En las siguientes páginas nos encontraremos con una experiencia de aula que nace por los intereses particulares de desarrollar una práctica profesional, en la cual se tenga la posibilidad de estudiar y enseñar conceptos, ideas y métodos asociados a las matemáticas y la física desarrolladas por Arquímedes; así mismo para optar por el titulo de magister en enseñanza de las ciencias exactas y naturales. Esta experiencia será desarrollada bajo la metodología de Aula Taller, y su propósito principal será “mostrar un camino a través de algunos experimentos que permitan utilizar ideas y métodos arquimedianos, para con ello desarrollar el pensamiento matemático y científico de los estudiantes”; desde los procesos de medición, las relaciones que se puedan establecer entre variables, la observación, la descripción, el planteamiento de hipótesis, la validación, la posibilidad de socializar y concluir desde lo observado. Estos experimentos serán: experiencias con fluidos y relaciones geométricas entre los cuerpos redondos. La validación de esta propuesta se hizo a través de las experiencias que se realizaron con estudiantes de grado 10 y 11 del Centro Formativo de Antioquia -CEFA- , de su sistematización y análisis./ Abstract.In the following pages we will find a classroom experience that has born by the particular interest of developing a professional practice. Those experiences may open the possibility to study and teach concepts, ideas and methods associated with mathematics and physics developed by Arquimedes; likewise to qualify for the title of magister in teaching natural sciences. This experience will be developed under the “Metodología de Aula Taller”, and its main purpose will be "to show a way through some experiments that will allow the utilization of Archimedean ideas and methods, to thereby develop the mathematical and scientific thinking of the students" from the processes of measurement, the relationships between variables that could be established, observation, description, the scenario approach, the validation, the possibility to socialize and to conclude from the observed. These experiments will be: experience with fluids and geometric relationships between rounded bodies. The validation of this proposal was made through the experiences that were conducted with students from grade 10 and 11 of the Centro Formativo de Antioquia -CEFA-, of its systematization and analysis.Resumen
