This paper addresses the theoretical study of the energy levels of a graphene quantum dot system subjected to a Coulomb potential, while the electrical and thermal properties were analyzed for a constant potential. First, the model variables are defined in the presence of the potential V(r) = -αe/r to develop the Dirac-Weyl Hamiltonian and find the decoupled Weyl equations, which were solved using the formula method, the WKB method, and the perturbative method. The solutions using the formula method require magnetic field conditions close to zero and α values close to ~10^(-10) Jm/C to satisfy the restrictions imposed on r and for the method to be applicable. Regarding the electrical properties, it was found that the number of charge carriers in graphene depends on the square of the temperature in the low-temperature regime. For the graphene quantum dot, electrical resistance exhibits an inverse relationship with radius and a direct relationship with magnetic length, while its charge carriers at T→0 depend on parameters specific to the model. Finally, the thermodynamic properties were found using the partition function for the system at a constant potential in two regimes: i) low temperatures (T≪516.16 K) and ii) high temperatures (T≫516.16 K), and the associated thermodynamic potentials were determined. It is noteworthy that entropy and specific heat are considerably influenced by the magnetic field parameters, the constant electric potential V_0, and the flux ratio ζ.eng
