Fibromyalgia is a disease that has a significant impact on the quality of life of people who suffer from it, currently there are pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for managing it. Psychology has developed different intervention proposals, but in Colombia no publications related to the design or implementation of specific psychological treatments for people with this disease were identified. The present work describes the results of the on-line implementation of body-mind group intervention: “cultivating a space of loving presence from the body”, for people diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and analyzes the effects of it on the impact of the disease, pain, pain catastrophizing, anxiety and depression. To evaluate its effects, a quasi-experimental design was carried out, it compared a control group on a waiting list with a group that received the intervention. The results show that the intervention has relevant impacts on the level of anxiety and moderate inconclusive impacts on depression and catastrophization. Finally, recommendations are made for the improvement of the program, as well as methodological suggestions for future research.spa
