Este trabajo final de maestría hace un recorrido de las verdaderas situaciones que se presentan entorno al rio con dos viviendas, las cuales son determinantes para proponer a través de un sistema constructivo y espacial, una forma alternativa de edificar sobre la rivera del cauce hídrico, buscando reconocer el valor poético del afluente natural como parte fundamental para habitar la ciudad en las tres escalas.
