(tomado de la fuente)The Times of Disenchantment is a work on cultural history that studies the emotions associated with the disenchantment of a community of artists, intellectuals, civic and moral men from the town of Medellín at the end of the century (1896 - 1906). The objectives of this research were to identify the emotions linked with the clash between the ideal and the reality that the emotional community studied lived and manifested in a particular way, and mainly to determine the changes that this clash generated in the cultural and historical context.
