Mediante la identificación de las representaciones que resultaron de la intención y la aplicación de las leyes, sobre las maestras y los maestros; de las representaciones que construyó el magisterio a través de acciones sindicales y pedagógicas; y de la voz de las maestras y maestros entrevistados, exploro la relación de estas representaciones con la violencia política contra el magisterio en las últimas décadas de nuestra historia, y el tránsito de las luchas iníciales dirigidas por Fecode, por el derecho a la vida, a la ausencia de memoria que yo llamo, el olvido.Abstract. The time indicated on this work takes since 1978 until 2010, from which I consider important to highlight three aspects: the adoption of the laws which consolidated the process of commercial exploitation and privatization of public education, the political violence increased against to the trade union left and other social sectors whose had opposed to the imposition of the neoliberal model. During this period were killed more than one thousand of men and women teachers in the Colombian territory.
