Con el presente trabajo se busca llegar a proponer criterios de intervención para un inmueble de comienzos del siglo XX, mediante la caracterización tecnológica de la edificación escogida como caso de estudio, donde a través de la investigación y análisis particular enfocado a su forma, función y estructura, se podrá profundizar en el área del conocimiento de la técnica constructiva del patrimonio cultural inmueble de la época republicana, con miras a su valoración, restauración y conservación. El caso de estudio se toma del inmueble denominado Casa Colorada, de propiedad del Instituto Distrital de Patrimonio Cultural (IDPC), y de los resultados que se obtengan con su caracterización tecnológica, se espera también contribuir a fortalecer y enriquecer el pensamiento crítico que permita la elaboración de criterios razonados y coherentes con las necesidades actuales de la edificación que ha estado presente en la ciudad por más de 100 años. Teniendo esto en cuenta, se podrá generar la valoración de la técnica constructiva y la materialidad de un Bien Inmueble de Interés Cultural con mayor claridad y precisión en el proceso de valoración, para comprender y analizar de forma más eficiente las acciones necesarias que desemboquen en la formulación de criterios que sirvan como insumo para el desarrollo de un futuro proyecto de intervención que ponga de nuevo en funcionamiento a La Casa Colorada (Texto tomado de la fuente).In order to intervene in a real estate property, it is necessary to know what to do, but it is essential to first understand what to do in the light of the building's own particular context, in order to avoid erroneous actions that could generate more damage due to negligence or ignorance.
