Es así como esta investigación busca identificar las principales inconsistencias del POT 2021 (Decreto 555 de 2021) y el ordenamiento territorial que obstaculizan el desarrollo e implementación de la política del cuidado en áreas de renovación urbana ubicadas en el Centro Histórico de Bogotá y en zonas con procesos de gentrificación que aumentan el precio del suelo generando desplazamiento en la ciudad, siendo ello uno de los obstáculos para la transversalización del cuidado, por tanto, es clave reconocer los efectos que ha traído este tratamiento y así generar acciones orientadas a erradicar estos impactos y transversalizar la política de cuidado. Thus, this research seeks to identify the main inconsistencies of the POT 2021 (Decree 555 of 2021) and the territorial planning that hinder the development and implementation of the care policy in urban renewal areas located in the Historic Center of Bogotá and in areas with gentrification processes that increase the price of land generating displacement in the city, being this one of the obstacles for the mainstreaming of care, therefore, it is key to recognize the effects that this treatment has brought and thus generate actions aimed at eradicating these impacts and mainstreaming the care policy.
