El texto inicia con una contextualización frente a la vida y obra del compositor ruso Nicolai Rimsky Korsakov, luego se analiza el contexto en el que la obra fue escrita, así como su relación con el texto “Las mil y una noches”. A continuación se hace una revisión de cada uno de los cuatro movimientos de la suite, con indicaciones frente a la dirección, aspectos a tener en cuenta de los elementos formal y armónico que facilitan su interpretación y recomendaciones para su abordaje.Abstract. This work provides information to the reader about the technical aspects of the conducing of the Scheherazade symphonic suite. The text begins with a contextualization referred to the life and music work of the Russian composer Nicolai Rimsky Korsakov; after that, it analyses the context in which the piece was written, as well as its relation with the text “The thousand and one nights”.
