Se ha abordado desde el paradigma del Humanismo Radical y se trata de una comparación entre situaciones logradas a través de la investigación de carácter cualitativo halladas en la teoría organizacional disponible y los rasgos que integran las variables disfuncionales características del autismo: comportamiento, comunicación, aprendizaje y socialización. La investigación busca responder a la pregunta ¿es posible hablar de autismo organizacional? Se avanza también en la construcción de una propuesta general que, a modo de instrumento, podría aplicarse para diagnosticar el autismo en una organización.Abstract. This research shows a different road to organizational understanding through the use of a metaphor, transferring the knowledge of autism pathology to the social body. It has been approached from the paradigm of Radical Humanism and introduces a comparison among situations achieved through qualitative research using the available organizational theory and autism characteristics that integrates autism dysfunctions: behavior, communication, learning and socialization. This research seeks to answer the question: is it possible to speak of organizational autism?
