Lo anterior se establece a partir del estudio del desarrollo histórico del ordenamiento territorial del sector, análisis del Plan de Ordenamiento territorial y la normatividad vigente relacionada, estudios del mercado inmobiliario en el área de influencia apoyado por las licencias de construcción otorgadas a los proyectos inmobiliarios más representativos.This research carries out an analysis of the real estate market that has been developed in the area influenced by the Urban macro-project called Centralidad Norte Metropolitana del Valle del Aburra located in the municipality of Bello / Antioquia. The relationship of the surrounding real estate market’s location to this macro-project ensures it will be a participant in future real estate developments in the sector.
