Atribución-NoComercial 4.0 InternacionalCuervo Maldonado, Sonia IsabelCortés Luna, Jorge Alberto (Thesis advisor)Sánchez Pedraza, Ricardo (Thesis advisor)Álvarez Rodríguez, José Camilo2019-07-022019-07-022015https://repositorio.unal.edu.co/handle/unal/55634Este estudio abierto, no aleatorizado, observacional, descriptivo, prospectivo evalúa los parámetros PK de cefepime en pacientes con neoplasias hematológicas y NFPQ en el INC, consta de dos fases: La primera, 15 pacientes con neoplasia hematológica, sin NF, sin antibióticos, con valores diferentes de albúmina para estandarizar la prueba y la segunda con 14 pacientes con NFPQ en tratamiento con cefepime en estado estacionario; mediante la técnica de método microbiológico, cefepime mostró un modelo PK bicompartimental, se calcularon los parámetros PK de cefepime: La Cmáx: fue de 47,12 - 98,53 mg/L (66,72 ± 14,39), la Cmin de 0,86-12,04 mg/L (4,45 ± 3,12), el Vc fue de 0,31-0,63 L/kg (0,46 ± 0,09), el ABC: 89,2-188,39 mg x h/L (131,07 ± 33,4), la Cl: 4,75-22,79 L/h (10,9 ± 4,6) y la t½ y : 0,96-2,35 h respectivamente. Los pacientes con NFPQ presentan variaciones en los parámetros PK de cefepime comparado con individuos sanos.Abstract This open, non-randomized, observational, descriptive, prospective study evaluated the PK parameters of cefepime in patients with hematologic malignancies and NFPQ in INC, consists of two phases: The first, 15 patients with hematologic malignancies, without Febrile Neutropenia, without antibiotics, with different albumin values to standardize the test and the second with 14 patients treated with cefepime NFPQ in steady state; by microbiological assay, cefepime displays a two-compartment PK model, the PK parameters cefepime were calculated: Cmax: was 47.12 to 98.53 mg / L (66.72 ± 14.39) Cmin 0.86 to 12.04 mg / L (4.45 ± 3.12), the Vc was 0.31 to 0.63 L / kg (0.46 ± 0.09), AUC: 89.2 to 188.39 mg x h / L (131.07 ± 33.4), Cl: 4.75 to 22.79 L / h (10.9 ± 4.6) and t½ α and β: 0.96 to 2.35 h respectively.
