Este aporte conceptual y metodológico permite entre otras, identificar las divergencias y convergencias con respecto a las normas nacionales que rigen el patrimonio y aportar elementos para la toma de decisiones, con miras a encontrar soluciones de compromiso entre intereses que pueden ser contrapuestos entre ellos mismos y en relación con la normatividad. Lo anterior permite potenciar el patrimonio como noción clave para la sostenibilidad y a la vez como cuerpo legal para garantizar una incorporación de las comunidades locales en los circuitos del mercado global haciendo uso sostenible de los recursos humanos y naturales existentes del territorio. / Abstract: This research aims to incorporate the debate on the rights of existence and inheritance, which are fundamental in order to comprehend the patrimony's cultural and environmental dimensions acknowledged by the Colombian Government, as well as an input in the analysis and establishment of impacts derived from developmental operations on the environment in its physical, biotic, economic, political and cultural dimensions, in such a manner as to generate consumer goods and tools for an adequate socio-environmental land and resource management. The conceptual and methodological input regarded in this research allow to identify divergences and convergences with respect to national laws that govern the patrimony and to provide important elements to the decision making process, for the purpose of finding committing solutions of different interests that can be confronted amongst themselves and in relation to the region's normativity.
