En un primer momento, se realiza un acercamiento a la justicia transicional desde el ámbito internacional, haciendo un análisis particular de los conceptos de daño y reparación. En un segundo momento, se realiza un contexto sobre la realidad transicional en Colombia, refiriendo los mecanismos y concepciones del daño y la reparación colectiva. Finalmente, en un tercer momento, se realiza un análisis del diagnóstico del daño de la Central Nacional Provivienda y se realiza una presentación de algunos debates y recomendaciones sobre la reparación colectiva en el caso de organizaciones políticas como CENAPROV. At first, an approach is made to transitional justice from the international level, making a particular analysis of the concepts of damage and reparation. In a second moment, a context is made on the transitional reality in Colombia, referring to the mechanisms and conceptions of collective damage and reparation.
