Abstract. In spelling out the words "The unconscious is the discourse of the Other", Lacan introduces a subject that is an effect of discourse, so that is not possible to speak of him without referring to this structure that produces it. Lacan proposes four modes of discourse, each of which installs particular form of enjoyment, which share the same logic: the inability to integrate the truth in the speech. This element is excluded, but at the same time is its engine. Later introduces fifth speech, circuit in which all elements are integrated, eliminating the impossibility. This discourse installs particular form of enjoyment, where in exceptional circumstances, the subject would have access to the object, and which also would be located as a new master. At this point some questions arise: How is geared this speech? How has historically shaped? What are the effects on contemporary social bond? Keywords
