Este trabajo surge de la discusión entre los conceptos de seguridad y soberanía alimentaria, para, tomando los elementos de este último, mirar el comportamiento alimentario de los indígenas urbanos de Leticia y sus redes de intercambio. Además, hace un repaso de los proyectos institucionales más relevantes en ese campo y su impacto en la población leticiana en general y los indígenas urbanos en particular. Todo ello, atravesado por un enfoque de género que analiza el significado de las diferentes relaciones de mujeres y hombres con los alimentos, así como sus transformaciones. / Abstract. This work arises from the discussion between the concepts of food security and food sovereignty, and by taking the elements of the last one, study the eating characteristics of urban indigenous of Leticia and their exchange networks. In addition, it makes an overview of the most relevant institutional projects in this field and its impact on the indigenous and non indigenous population of Leticia. The whole investigation has a gender approach that analyzes the significance of the different relationships of women and men with food and its transformations.Keywords
