Factores que inciden en el éxito de las microempresas con mínimo cinco años de existencia del sector terciario del municipio de Arauca

Abstract

El éxito de las empresas influye de manera positiva en el crecimiento económico y en la competitividad en una determinada región, es por ello que identificar los factores que inciden en el éxito de las microempresas con mínimo cinco años de existencia del sector terciario del municipio de Arauca, aportará al gobierno, la academia y los gremios, un punto de partida para enfocar apropiadamente sus acciones y estrategias logrando un mayor impacto en estas. Esta investigación permitió determinar, los tres (3) factores más importantes que inciden en el éxito de las microempresas estudiadas, como son, las relaciones con los clientes, la motivación del propietario y la gestión del conocimiento, así mismo la aplicación del modelo del diamante de competitividad de Porter, ayudó a establecer los atributos que pueden contribuir con la competitividad del sector terciario del municipio de Arauca, constituyéndose en un referente importante para los diferentes actores en la búsqueda de alternativas que coadyuven al crecimiento y fortalecimiento del tejido empresarial del municipio (Texto tomado de la fuente)

The success of the companies influences in a positive way the economic growth and the competitiveness a certain region, is for it that to identify the factors that affect in the success of the micro companies with minimum five years of existence of the tertiary sector of Arauca's municipality, will contribute the government, the academy and the unions, a point of item to focus appropriately his actions and strategies achieving a major impact in these. This investigation allowed to determine, the three (3) most important factors that affect in the success of the studied micro companies, since they are, the relations with the clients, the motivation of the owner and the management of the knowledge, likewise the application of the model of the diamond of Porter's competitiveness, it helped to establish the attributes that they can contribute with the competitiveness of the tertiary sector of Arauca's municipality, being constituted in an important modal for the different actors in the search of alternatives that they contribute to the growth and strengthening of the managerial fabric of the municipality
