Implementación y mejoramiento del modelo de aseguramiento de calidad en la empresa Friesland Colombia S.A.

Abstract

En el mercado actual las exigencias con respecto a la calidad son mayores día a día constituyéndose ésta en un importante factor de competitividad. La empresa Friesland Colombia S.A. consciente de esta realidad y con mira a brindar a sus clientes un excelente portafolio de productos decidió mejorar su sistema de calidad, para tal fin permite verificar, modificar y evaluar la información que constituye la base del sistema de gestión de calidad prestando la valiosa colaboración para la elaboración de este proyecto. Mediante el uso de información referente a las normas expedidas por la Organización Internacional de Estandarización y por el Instituto Colombiano de Normas Técnicas y Certificación ICONTEC acerca de sistemas de calidad de productos, proceso y practicas administrativas busca contribuir al mejoramiento del sistema de control de calidad y la implantación de HACCP como método complementario del sistema para poder así cumplir con las políticas de la organización. / Abstract: In the current market the demands with regard to the quality are bigger day by day being constituted this in an important factor of competitiveness. The company FRIESLAND COLOMBIA CORP. aware of this reality and with aim to offer their clients an excellent briefcase of products decided to improve their system of quality, for such an end it allows to verify, to modify and to evaluate the information that constitutes the base of the system of administration of quality lending the valuable collaboration for the elaboration of this project. By means of the use of information with respect to the norms sent by the International Organization of Standardization and for the Colombian Institute of Technical Norms and Certification ICONTEC about systems of quality of products, process and you practice office workers search to contribute to the improvement of the system of control of quality and the installation of HACCP like complementary method of the system for this way to be able to fulfill the politicians of the organization
