Abstract: This paper proposes an analysis of the experience of six women of different ages in which I include myself, who inhabit single-person homes in Bogotá, from the gender and its relationship with space. This exercise aims to understand the reasons that led us to move towards inhabiting single-person homes and the relationships we establish from there with space. In which we develop links that question "what are we alone?", When from living we establish more than human relationships. In this way the transits and relationships that develop from space, we do and remake the genre, in this case the feminine, while at times we achieve rethinking the socially normed constructions of inhabiting. Therefore, from a perspective of feminist geography and from queer ecologies, the experience of living alone is understood, as well as the representations of living towards the futurePalabras clave
