La presente tesis emerge desde una vocación por reconciliar la razón y el sentir, es un esfuerzo por armonizar la relación cultura-naturaleza. Se configura desde un pensamiento complejo, un sentir desde las estéticas expandidas y un arraigo con la tierra en lo ambiental. Surge como resistencia a la crisis ambiental que emerge de la crisis civilizatoria. Explora las reconfiguraciones de la organización-empresa. This thesis emerges from a vocation to reconcile reason and feeling, it is an effort to harmonize the culture-nature relationship. It is configured from a complex thought, a feeling from the expanded aesthetics and a rooting with the earth in the environmental. It emerges as resistance to the environmental crisis that emerges from the civilizatory crisis. Explore the reconfigurations of the organization-company. It is a writing that emerges from different configurations and, therefore, is woven from different spaces-times, it does not pretend to be a finished project, but the evidence of a becoming in the reflection that continues in life.
