dc.description.abstractIntroducción: La coledocolitiasis se reporta en un 5 a 20% de los pacientes con patología biliar litiásica, con una alta variedad de presentación clínica y riesgo de complicaciones que puede llegar a ser fatal; es muy importante, idear estrategias para su sospecha, diagnóstico y abordaje en el contexto preoperatorio. Objetivo: Determinar la fuerza de asociación de los factores predictivos de coledocolitiasis en pacientes con diagnóstico de colelitiasis que se les haya realizado CPRE en el Hospital Universitario Nacional de Colombia. Metodología: Estudio de cohorte retrospectivo de pacientes atendidos en el HUNC con diagnóstico de colelitiasis y que se les haya realizado CPRE entre junio 2016 y mayo 2019. Resultados y Discusión: 292 paciente fueron llevados a CPRE con sospecha de coledocolitiasis, predominio de sexo femenino, promedio de edad de 54 años, se encontró una asociación fuerte entre diámetro de la vía biliar por ecografía, presencia de coledocolitiasis en la ecografía, colangioresonancia y pancreatitis aguda con presencia de coledocolitiasis en la CPRE. Conclusión: se identifica una asociación predictiva entre el, diámetro de la vía biliar, presencia de cálculos en la vía biliar por ecografía, coledocolitiasis por colangioresonancia y pancreatitis aguda, para coledocolitiasis en la CPRE.
