La propuesta busca identificar por medio de un análisis retrospectivo de docentes y directivos docentes, el rol que tuvo un tutor del Programa Todos a Aprender PTA durante el acompañamiento en el proceso de consolidación de las Comunidades de Aprendizaje (CDA) en la Institución Educativa Rural Caño Blanco II del municipio San José del Guaviare, departamento del Guaviare. A través de los instrumentos de revisión documental, entrevistas semiestructuradas, bitácoras sobre el acompañamiento en aula y videos tanto de los encuentros de CDA como de las prácticas de aula, se logran identificar diversas aristas en el papel que tuvo el Tutor PTA en los procesos de consolidación de las CDA, no siempre asociados a las funciones propias establecidas por el Programa Todos a Aprender. Para contextualizar el campo de estudio la investigación aporta la reconstrucción de la historia sobre la implementación del PTA en el departamento del Guaviare considerando la mirada de una muestra representativa de Tutores, líderes del área calidad de la secretaría de educación del Guaviare y aportes de los formadores que acompañaron la implementación del PTA en el departamento, información que brinda luces al Ministerio de Educación Nacional y Secretaría de Educación Departamental del Guaviare para el proceso de acompañamiento seguimiento y a la implementación del programa.Resumen
The proposal seeks to identify, through a retrospective analysis of teachers and school directors, the role played by a tutor of the All Persons to Learning Program (Programa Todos a Aprender -PTA) during the accompaniment in the process of consolidation of the Learning Communities (Comunidades de Aprendizaje- CDA) in the Rural Caño Blanco II Educational Institution of the municipality of San José del Guaviare, department of Guaviare. Through the instruments of review documentary, semi-structured interviews, logs books of the accompaniment in the classroom and videos of both CDA meetings and classroom practices, it is possible to identify various edges in the role of the PTA Tutor Program in the processes of consolidation of CDAs, not always associated with the proper functions established by the All Persons to Learning Program. To contextualize the field of study, the investigation provides the reconstruction of the history of the implementation of the PTA in the department of Guaviare, considering the point of view of a representative sample of Tutors, leaders of the quality area of the Guaviare secretariat of education and contributions from the trainers that accompanied the implementation of the PTA in the department, information that provides new lights to Ministry of National Education and Departmental Education Secretariat of Guaviare to follow-up and monitoring process and the implementation of the program in the departament.Palabras clave
