dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene en cuenta la incidencia de los clústeres en el sector biotecnológico en el aumento de las capacidades de innovación dentro de las empresas, y en ese contexto, propone un Macro Modelo Conceptual de Factores de Éxito para un sistema de clúster de innovación en biotecnología, que se compone de tres dimensiones de análisis: Espacial, que reúne a las particularidades del espacio geográfico en el que se ubica el clúster (políticas, sociedad, economía, territorio); Estructural, que alude a los componentes del sector y; Funcional, que da cuenta de las funciones necesarias para la innovación. Estas dimensiones permiten categorizar los factores de éxito identificados y analizar dos casos: uno en el Valle del Cauca, Colombia; y otro en Gatersleben, Sajonia-Anhalt, Alemania. dc.description.abstractThis research takes into account the incidence of clusters in the biotechnology sector in increasing innovation capacities within companies, and in this context, proposes a Conceptual Macro Model of Success Factors for an innovation cluster system in biotechnology, which is made up of three dimensions of analysis: Spatial, which brings together the particularities of the geographical space in which the cluster is located (politics, society, economy, territory); Structural, which refers to the components of the sector and; Functional, which accounts for the functions necessary for innovation. These dimensions allow us to categorize the identified success factors and analyze two cases: one in Valle del Cauca, Colombia; and another in Gatersleben, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
