Meanwhile, the use of games as tools within the teaching-learning processes at academic and organizational levels, takes on greater relevance and acceptance. The objective of the research is to design, validate and apply a serious game for the teaching of moral values to graduate students of the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley - AMVA. For this purpose, a serious games design methodology is proposed, validated and used, and also, a characterization questionnaire is applied to 722 graduate students. As a result, the game Valoret is designed, in physical and virtual versions, which seeks to teach concepts related to eight moral values throughout three levels of play that evolve in complexity. It has five types of questions and more than 400 questions in total, all in an environment where the participants are part of different areas of an organization. The designed game and validation questionnaires were applied to 74 graduate students; The data collected were analyzed through the difference of means and it was determined that, in general, the tool meets its objective of teaching moral values and proved to be friendly, fun and innovative for the participants.
