In this document there is a control table for decision-making based on a probabilistic model that arises from the history of events of a representative sample of 59 buildings where the rainfall data from the hydrometeorological station located within the campus is taken as reference. therefore, it serves as an indicator of the rain variable. As a result, a consolidation arises that allows feedback to the designers of buildings and the systems that compose it, the feedback is given by virtue of the problems that have arisen in the operation phase of the buildings.
