The process of Ethical Training in Organizations is related to the Ethical Organizational Culture through the application of the Corporate Ethical Virtues Model (CEV). The objective is to analyze the influence exerted by the Ethics Training processes in the strengthening of the Ethical Organizational Culture, according to the CEV model. Methodologically, a Sequential Explanatory Design is used that articulates quantitative with qualitative methods; a mixed approach with a quantitative preponderance. The correlational-explanatory is the type of research that assume this study, since it seeks to know the degree of association that exists between ethical training and ethical culture, and the variations that may occur according to factors generated by the meaning and methodology with that the ethics training is carried out in an organization and the degree to which the eight dimensions of the CEV model are developed. Among the results, it is highlighted that if a training program in ethics with a comprehensive approach is applied, the COE will be strengthened but temporarily, since over time the positive results will dissipate. Accordingly, it is concluded that, the teaching of ethics in adults has a positive impact on COE, it is not possible to support that such impact lasts over time, for which it is recommended to implement the FEO continuously, not only to managers, but to the largest number of officials possible, in addition, complement the process with elements such as the socialization of the code of ethics, a system of incentives and sanctions, ethics channels, among other components of an ethics program.
