dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se implementa un sistema de ejecución de manufactura (MES) en el del Laboratorio de Instrumentación, Supervisión y Control (LISC) de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Mediante esta implementación se muestra la eficiencia energética y el desempeño que tienen los lazos de flujo del laboratorio LISC. Este sistema se desarrolla siguiendo la arquitectura del estándar ISA-95, describiendo todas las configuraciones realizadas a los equipos de instrumentación, control, y supervisión, necesarios para la implementación de la aplicación MES. Los resultados de este trabajo servirán como referencia para la industria colombiana y futuros trabajos relacionados con el diseño, implementación e instalación de estos sistemas manufactura MES enfocados al análisis de datos. dc.description.abstract | This paper presents a manufacturing execution system (MES) implemented in the Instrumentation, Supervision and Control Laboratory (LISC) inside the National University of Colombia. This implementation allows to showcase the energetic efficiency and performance of the flow loops of the LISC laboratory. ISA-95 standard model is used to develop this system (MES). The configurations necessary for the MES implementation that were applied to the instrumentation, control, and supervision equipment, are thoroughly described. The obtained results will be useful as a reference for the Colombian industry and for future developments related to MES implementations focused on analyzing data. |
