The document has two sections that leave an impact on the study: 1) Quality control of the brachytherapy equipment and 2) Dosimetric analysis between two types of planning: a prescription technique to points A and another with a prescription to the target clinical volume. CTV is contoured by the radiation oncologist's doctor. Using remote afterloading equipment BRAVOS, different tests were carried out to comply with the HDR security system before starting treatment, the tests of the dosimetric set, and for each source change, the reference rate of Kerma in the air. In order to carry out the dosimetric analysis, a comparison was made between the planning parameters with prescription at points A with the volumetric planning parameters and additionally, a cross-comparison was made, which means that the volumetric planning parameters were evaluated in the planning of points A to analyze the differences in dose. The results showed compliance with the quality control of the BRAVOS team and also shows the dosimetric differences between the two types of planning.
