dc.description.abstract | This project seeks to make a comparison between a conventional lighting design and an integrative lighting design for a contact center. For this, it seeks to identify the perception that people who work or have worked in these spaces have, surveying with the aim of establishing the typical conditions that can be found and proposing an integrating lighting design that tries to be healthier for the people who work there. Some factors that can affect people's vision will be identified, and the guidelines for a lighting design that gives a good stimulus to the circadian system are established following the recommendations established in the UL 24480 standard. Additionally, the economic comparison between both proposals will be made |
