It is currently considered a chronic disease due to the development of cognitive disorders and the subsequent disability it generates in a significant percentage of patients, becoming a public health priority. Objective: To describe the effect of complementary management with Neuraltherapeutic Medicine in the rehabilitation of a patient with functional, motor and cognitive deficits secondary to intracranial trauma caused by a fall down the stairs. Method: Descriptive study in the form of a case report of a patient with functional, motor and cognitive deficit secondary to intracranial trauma in complementary management for rehabilitation with Neuraltherapeutic Medicine, in the teaching care consultation of the Hospital el Tunal of the master's degree in Alternative Medicine. from the National University with an emphasis on neural therapy. Results: A positive effect is evident in the rehabilitation of patients with functional, motor and cognitive deficits secondary to intracranial trauma in complementary management with Neuraltherapeutic Medicine. Conclusions: Neuraltherapeutic Medicine could have a positive therapeutic effect and be a potential adjuvant treatment in the rehabilitation of patients with functional, motor and cognitive deficits secondary to intracranial trauma in the acute and chronic phase.
