dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de la presente tesis doctoral se enmarca en el análisis de la estructura de las variables co-creadoras de valor en las interrelaciones universidad-empresa del Eje Cafetero, teniendo en cuenta, igualmente, la implementación de las disciplinas de valor para un mejor desempeño en ambos tipos de organización. Se empleó una metodología con postura epistemológica positivista y de enfoque sistémico, sometiendo a verificación empírica el Modelo DART, derivado de la literatura, como escala de medición para co-crear valor, y el cual fue adaptado a las necesidades del estudio mediante el diseño de un cuestionario estructurado con niveles de medición y técnicas de escalamiento comparativas y no comparativas. Para el procesamiento de los datos se recurrió a la herramienta dashboard power BI, y a software estadístico como SPSS, AMOS y R. Los resultados evidenciaron medidas de fiabilidad, validez convergente y validez discriminante desde los Análisis Factorial Exploratorio y Confirmatorio (AFE-AFC) para el modelo desarrollado por el método de ecuaciones estructurales, permitiendo afirmar que la co-creación de valor en las interrelaciones universidad-empresa se mide a través de sus cuatro variables (Diálogo, Acceso, evaluación de Riesgos y Transparencia) pudiendo ser replicado en otros contextos. Asimismo, desde un análisis multigrupo se muestra el comportamiento del modelo en cuanto a variables moderadoras como los niveles de interrelación y las disciplinas de valor. Las conclusiones evidencian la contribución a la comunidad académica y científica una vez que los resultados se convierten en punto de referencia empírico, metodológico y de aplicación para las organizaciones, al estructurar las variables co-creadoras de valor, a partir de la adaptación del Modelo DART, en un entorno regional y en un campo de conocimiento en el que no había sido aplicado (relaciones Universidad-Empresa) (Texto tomado de la fuente)
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this doctoral thesis is framed in the analysis of the structure of value co-creating variables in the university-industry collaboration in Colombian Coffee Region, also taking into account the implementation of value disciplines for better performance in both organizations. A methodology with a positivist epistemological posture and a systemic approach was used, subjecting the DART Model, derived from the literature, to empirical verification, as a measurement scale to co-create value, and which was adapted to the research needs through the design of a structured survey with comparative and non-comparative measurement levels and scaling techniques. To process the data, the dashboard power BI tool was used, and statistical software such as SPSS, AMOS and R. The results showed measures of reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity from the Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (EFA-CFA); the model was developed by the structural equations modeling (SEM), allowing us to affirm that the value co-creation in university-industry collaboration is measured through its four variables (Dialogue, Access, Risk evaluation and Transparency) and can be replicated in other contexts. Likewise, a multigroup analysis shows the behavior of the model in terms of moderating variables such as levels of collaboration and value disciplines. Conclusions evidence academic and scientific contribution, for the reason that results become an empirical, methodological and application point of reference for organizations, by structuring the value co-creating variables, based on the adaptation of the DART Model, in a regional environment and a field of knowledge in which it had not been applied (Industry-University collaboration).
