Estos son agrupados en un marco de referencia tecnológico, organizacional y ambiental (TOE), donde se identificaron 10 factores críticos para implementar sistemas ERP en industrias colombianas. dc.description.abstractIn contemporary times, new and reliable ways have been generated for the generation, storage, access, and analysis of information, which is why it is reasonable to think that having the means for the aforementioned tasks is a growing need in industries. With that in mind, the problem that can be considered critical factors for companies that take the path of incorporating ERP into their information technologies was addressed. This research question is answered through a mixed methodology, using questionnaires and validating by means of a group of experts, the factors found in the literature. These are grouped in a technological, organizational and environmental (TOE) frame of reference, where 10 critical factors were identified to implement ERP systems in Colombian industries.
