This research had a non-experimental cross-sectional design of the correlational type. The results of the study shows that there are statistically significant differences between some sociodemographic and institutional variables and the levels of eudaimonic happiness at work. In addition, it is concluded that there is a positive emotional mindset of public workers regarding their current work experiences, the dimension with the highest level of eudaimonic happiness is work purpose, and the dimension that should be promoted the most is positive relationships with others at work.
