dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del presente proyecto de investigación fue plantear una serie de lineamientos para el desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación en la industria del Cannabis en Colombia. Este objetivo se consiguió primero a partir del desarrollo de un análisis internacional sobre el estado de la investigación y la innovación en torno al cultivo y transformación de Cannabis Sativa. Para dicho análisis se utilizó la vigilancia tecnológica, herramienta que toma como insumo información bibliométrica y patentométrica. Segundo, se desarrolló una matriz DOFA que utiliza como insumo los resultados de la vigilancia tecnológica e información periodística de carácter económico y político de la situación internacional y nacional en torno al Cannabis. Para concluir en tercer lugar, la matriz DOFA permite establecer una serie de estrategias para generar una propuesta de Agenda de Desarrollo Tecnológico de la industria de Cannabis para la obtención de ventajas competitivas (Texto tomado de la fuente).
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this research is to propose a series of guidelines for the development and innovation in the Colombian Cannabis Industry. This objective is achieved firstly by conducting an analysis of the state of research and innovation on an international scale around the cultivation and transformation of Cannabis Sativa. Technological surveillance is used for said analysis because it is a tool that allow to obtain bibliometric and patentometric information as input. In second place, a SWOT matrix is developed with the information provided from the results of the technological surveillance and journalistic information of economic and political nature on the international and national situation around Cannabis industry. To conclude, in third place the SWOT matrix allows to establish a series of strategies to generate a proposal for a Technological development Agenda for the Cannabis industry to obtain competitive advantages.
