Abstract. Here I put my self on the task of trying to give up time as we know it. In this narrative I am fighting with chronometry and I dive in searching for my own, biological, subjective time, which is not measured in exact fractions, but depends on the mood, the unproductive, the fact of sharing with friends and taking care of my home and my family. This work is an installation-stage that goes on threw stations where I play to break my relation with conventional time and looking for a gateway to a subjective time. In the first stage of the action I chew leaves of a calendar while running a video where I sweep my house and collect the dust into jars. At the next station I enter a tunnel made of boxes, metaphorically I´m looking for an inner rhythm, I do it taking out my hand threw a little window and playing an old piano. The next thing that occurs is a video where I try to pass a wall, I 'm aware that this idea of going out of time is impossible, but I challenge that impossibility, as seen in a couple of pictures which shows traces of walks I made up through the walls of my house. The following actions in the script are: pierce my collection of pocket calendars and break some watches with a pair of hammers in a kind of instrument marimba clumsily trying to play the sound of time. Within this system there is also an inverted world map with the names of the countries covered, supporting the concept of denial what have been given to us as truths: time systems and political divisions. This project is accompanied by a text written by way of letters to my children. These letters were written to be read in 2036 when they reach my current age. The text concluded that each person inhabits a time, a particular world, and the idea that we share a world and a time is a paradigmatic issue.Palabras clave
