dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo final tiene como objetivo proponer un modelo causal para describir las condiciones sistémicas del ecosistema de emprendimiento de la Ciudad de Medellín con la finalidad entre otros, de aportar elementos que contribuyan a habilitar una conversación en torno a su análisis y comprensión. Para tal fin, se presenta un marco socioeconómico de la Ciudad de Medellín, una contextualización de su ecosistema de emprendimiento y se realiza una revisión de la literatura sobre el concepto de ecosistemas emprendedores, modelos conceptuales existentes para explicar su comportamiento y las metodologías para su medición y evaluación, con la finalidad de realizar una contribución en términos de su contextualización y su dinámica. Se concluye que la comprensión obtenida del ecosistema de emprendimiento a partir del análisis del modelo causal propuesto se convierte en una línea base de relevancia para los tomadores de decisiones que tienen el reto de establecer estrategias y políticas orientadas a su consolidación y sostenibilidad. dc.description.abstract | This final work to propose a causal model to describe the systemic conditions of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the City of Medellin with the purpose, among others, of providing elements that contribute to enabling a conversation around its analysis and understanding. To this end, a socioeconomic framework of the City of Medellín is presented, a contextualization of its entrepreneurial ecosystem and a review of the literature on the concept of entrepreneurial ecosystems, existing conceptual models to explain their behavior and the methodologies for their measurement. and evaluation, in order to make a contribution in terms of its contextualization and its dynamics. It is concluded that the understanding obtained from the entrepreneurial ecosystem from the analysis of the proposed causal model becomes a relevant baseline for decision makers who have the challenge of establishing strategies and policies aimed at its consolidation and sustainability. | eng |
