This thesis focuses on ubiquitous learning (u-learning), which promotes learning everywhere, using any device, and at any time. The literature review of u-learning models resulted in very few studies presenting detailed information for its implementation. It is found that it is not considered from a pedagogical orientation, such as instructional design theory. Specifically, there is a lack of implementation alternatives with TV everywhere (streaming TV), and infrastructure / technology convergence supported in the cloud. Therefore, a U-learning model is proposed, which allows the content to be displayed on any screen connected to the Internet, based on TV Everywhere (TVE) platforms. The model defines five stages with their components; It is accompanied by a description as an implementation guide, technology trends and implementation options. To validate the model, two scenarios were raised, one with “experts” on the proposal of the u-learning & TVE model, and in general a positive perception is obtained. The second scenario was the application of the u-learning & TVE model and prototype with university students and teachers, generally obtaining a positive perception of the prototype, the model and the use of TVE platforms in education.spa
