Finalmente, se sugiere cómo aportar desde la analítica ese conocimiento proponiendo una agenda para futuras investigaciones, donde se abordan temas sobre la ciencia de datos para la toma de decisiones en tiempo real, criptomonedas, servicios de asesoramiento robótico que permitan mejorar la toma de decisiones y los comportamientos de inversión. dc.description.abstractThis final paper presents an analysis of the main research topics in which FinTech has evolved; for this purpose, the periods 2015 to 2018 and 2019 to 2021 were analyzed; as a result, five thematic areas were found for the first period (crowdfunding, commercial banking, blockchain, business model, financial inclusion) and ten for the second period (blockchain, financial inclusion, artificial intelligence, financial regulation, commercial banking, financial services, IoT, innovation, mobile payments, big data); it was found that developments such as blockchain are mainly addressed in digital economy applications associated with business models that allow their users to access loans easily and quickly through crowdfunding, peer to peer lending and mobile payments; additionally, evidence was found that technological innovations and their leverage in artificial intelligence, has allowed the development of robotic advisory services, managing to integrate these applications and providing solutions to needs, focusing on decision making and improvement of investment processes. The analysis of the relevance in time of the keywords indicates for the year 2021 the most relevant topics are related to blockchain (for the digital economy and cryptocurrencies), crowdfunding, financial inclusion, artificial intelligence, commercial banking, financial services, IoT, mobile payments and big data. Finally, it is suggested how to contribute from analytics that knowledge by proposing an agenda for future research, where topics on data science for real-time decision making, cryptocurrencies, robotic advisory services to improve decision making and investment behaviors are addressed.eng
