In conclusion, it is found that this is a phenomenon of current relevance accentuated by the incidence of new technologies and ways of organizing work, requiring the priority attention of organizations and governments to anticipate its possible effects on the health of workers. Future research should delve into this construct based on the sociocultural recognition of the population and territory of study, as well as the conditions or gaps particular to the economic and labor context. This research provides a solid foundation for understanding Boreout and workplace boredom.eng
