This thesis describes and applied the reverberation mapping technique in order to know the methodology to fnd the size of the broad line region, methodology that does use of the correlated variations between the continuum and the emission lines [Kaspi, 2000]. This thesis started from the information on the size of the broad line region of the group of galaxies from the work of [Kaspi, 2005] and made use of the NED database to fnd luminosity data of these galaxies in the hard X-ray band, in order to estimate a relationship between the size of the broad line region and the luminosities in the band of X-rays in the range of 10 keV - 195 KeV, applying one of the regression methods linear reported in [Kaspi, 2005] (Text taken fron the source)eng
