Contribución a la caracterización del sistema ternario 2MgO-2Al2O3-5SiO2 obtenido por proceso sol - gel

Abstract

En este trabajo se sintetizó y caracterizó el sistema ternario 2MgO-2Al2O3-5SiO2, obtenido por proceso sol-gel a partir de alcóxidos de magnesio, aluminio y silicio, correspondiente a la estequiometría de la fase cordierita; se obtuvo α-cordierita y se le evaluó la incidencia del modo de adición de los precursores (Simultanea y consecutiva), del método de secado (Ordinario a 100ºC, aspersión y liofilización) y del tratamiento térmico (calcinación durante 6 h a 600, 800, 1000, 1200 y 1400 ºC) sobre la textura, morfología y estructura del sólido obtenido (Texto tomado de la fuente)

In this work was synthesized and characterized the ternary system 2MgO-2Al2O3-5SiO2, obtained by process sol-gel starting from alcóxidos of magnesium, aluminum and silicon, corresponding to the stoichiometry of the phase cordierita; was obtained α-cordierite, was evaluated the incidence in the way of the precursors' addition (Simultaneous and serial), of the drying method (Ordinary to 100ºC, aspersion and lypophillization) and of the thermal treatment (calcination during 6 h at 600, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400 ºC) on the texture, morphology and it structures of the obtained solid.
