The main objective of this Final Work is to characterize the most used Behavioral Decision Theories for individuals in Systems Modeling, which integrates different attributes and allows knowing the fields of knowledge and the modeling tools applied. Chapter 1 provides the background to the problem and the research questions, as well as a theoretical framework for schools of thought and decisions. In Chapter 2 a review of the literature on behavioral change theories is made, the most popular theories are selected and detailed. Chapter 3 presents the methodology of the Systematic Literature Review and its results. Chapter 4 presents the characterization matrix of the selected theories, with attributes such as the field of knowledge, the application to real cases and the modeling tool. Finally, in Chapter 8 the conclusions resulting from this Final Work are collected.spa
